Kayalar Holding Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olan Tahsin Kaya, şirketin yönetim kurulu üyeleri ile yaşadığı anlaşmazlık nedeniyle sıkıntılar yaşamaya başladı. Holdingin yönetim kurulu üyeleri Tahsin Kaya’dan habersiz Kadıköy Moda’da bulunan bir inşaatı taşeron şirkete vermesi üzerine bir dönem Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü başkanlığı da yapan Tahsin Kaya inşaatı basarak çalışanlara küfürler yağdırdıktan sonra tokatlamaya başladı. Güvenlik kameralarına ve cep telefonu görüntülerine yansına küfür ve tokatlama sonrası çalışanlar adliyeye giderek Tahsin Kaya hakkında şikayetçi oldu.
